Default cop stopped by my house today

I hear banging at my door, so I put some pants on, go downstairs, and open the door to find a local Sheriff on the other side of the screen door. I ask him how he is doing, and what I can do for him. He immediatly and very harshly says/yells... "Who owns these two bikes out here?"... My roomate and I each have a sportbike in the driveway... so I say, "I own the red one"... and he then says/yells "do you have a license", I say, "yes"... he tehn asks to see it..I run upstairs grab it, run downstairs, hand it to him... he looks at it and asks.. "do you have an M class", I point on the side of the licenses where it says class: m1 ... then I ask.. "is there some sort of a problem?", he then says/yells..."I have reports of you racing down this street, doing wheelies, and other tricks.. while excessively speeding"... for whatever reason, tell him.." my bike is in no condition to wheelie, so thats impossible, and I am a real stickler for obey traffic laws on my own residential street, perhaps its my roomate, ill have a talk with him and let him know whats going on"... he then says.."if I catch either of these two bikes going over 25 on any residential street, ill have them both impounded"..I then tell him, thanks for the warning... and shut the door.

now here is where I am confused... I never go over 35 on my street EVER.. and even though thats 10 over, its a long long residential street, and most ppl drive alot faster... and ive never done a wheelie anywhere, except on my pocket bike, but that cant count can it? anyways, I called the sheriffs office, to ask why I am being profiled... and they told me a neighbor called and said I have been speeding 60mph+ on our street for some time now, while doing wheelies and other things... and they said they personally talked to me and asked me to stop, and explained to me how I am trying to kill myself, and the kids around, and how I will hit a parked car, and nothing changed so they called the sheriff and tahts why a deputy was sent out. Nobody has ever said a word to me about my riding around here... and I explained myside of the story to the deputy on the phone, and he took everything and assured me, it was just a warning and nothing will really come of this. I dont know if he was just trying to get me off the phone, but at least this venting helped

Apparently not, if you read the second paragraph he says as much.

It's time to get a race pipe. Give them a reason to hate you.

Something similar to this happend to me. Cop came by my house and claimed I was racing a bike on the highway. Turned out a buddy of mine called the cops as a prank. I had actually left town two days before he came and my parents had the pleasure of telling him that there wasn't even insurance on the car so that it was impossible.
