Gas cap tank
My dad lost the gas cap to my tank while driving it for a week and now i have to get a new one. Do you guys have any suggestions to a place that woudl give me a bargain?

gas caps are cheap.. pep boys are auto zone should cover you for about a fiver.

Really? I was looking up online and they said that it would cost me about $50. Im wondering if im just paying for the name though. Audi that is.

most definitly.. you dont need a manufacturer specific gas cap.. just one that fits the size.. just like brake pads most stores have part number matches for generic ones.

I think if it wasnt an audi u could find one good and cheap, but u used the word audi so whatever it is its expensive.

 i think that about sums it up.
You may be able to get a generic gas cap, but you need to make sure it seals correctly, otherwise the check engine light is going to come on.
