The University of Michigan and Ohio State University are playing this weekend in college football. If anyone knows about this rival then you know that it is a big thing....mainly just to OSU. UofM doesn't really care about this game. To them, its just another game. But being a student of OSU coming from michigan, it is just absurd. The whole week (this week by the way) is called FUCK MICHIGAN week. Im not making that up. They hate everything possible about the state which just pisses me right off considering im from michigan. Someone wrote an article in OSU's college newspaper about how to be a supportive OSU fan. He list all this stupid rules like: Wear a Fuck Michigan t-shirt, Don't buy gas in Michigan, Be sure to piss on the UofM Stadium, spit on cars with michigan liscense plates. Its just unbelievable. All this anger towards Michigan only wants me to root for UofM to shut everyone up and not make a huge deal about it. Im embarrassed to be a part of this school (OSU). The biggest rival for UofM is actually Michigan State University. But OSU is soo full of themselves that they think they are. God ...sorry about this, Im just venting. If anyone has experiences like this, let me hear them because I feel alone on this topic.

Its not much of a rivalry with out the mutual hatred thing.

Nothing compares to the UT vs A&M rivalry. one of the longest lasting and competative rivalries atleast to my knowledge.

Oh and Texas beat OSU Hook 'em Horns!!!

I think it means quite a bit for U of M this year, seeing as how they're having a shitty year. I still remember a MSU coach showing up at a rally where the majority of the crowd was U of M fans and yelling, "Where's your coach?" If anyone listens to Jim Rome, you know what i'm talking about.
