Schuppan 962CR is a what?
The Schuppan 962CR is (BLANK 9**) converted for street use.
Now this is a tough one. Winner get a MILLION Points. Because if you know this then you know EVERYTHING, and i will have allllllll the respect in the world for you.
No cheating either, meaning, no looking up on the internet.

Well High3nd
As far as I know the car dates back to 1989 when Vern Schuppan built six of them as a tribute to his 1983 LeMans24 victory with a Porsche 956. The Engine is a 600 bhp IMSA spec. twin turbocharged 3.4 l flat six
Just try to find the Victory by design which covers Porsche and Alain de Cadenet will reveal it all (54:35 - 56:40)

I read that only 5 were built?
Eitherway, they were $2.5 million in 1994, god knows what they would cost now.

^^^that is actually a pic of the dauer not the schuppan. the schuppan was also the tribute, not the dauer. also the dauer was a 3.0 liter flat 6 that made 750 hp, not the 3.4 the schuppan had. just wanted to make sure no one confused the dauer with the schuppan.
this is the schuppan..........

Thnaks Brijoel,
Should have trusted my instincts on this one as the car logo at the front is a Porsche logo ops:
But I found the picture so nice and crisp ought that I had to share that picture with JW.
The remainder of those "Dauer" pics can be founde here:

Enjoy
