Default Car from the year you were born?

Not trying to be original, but topics end up having lives of their own

What was a new car that you like from the year you were born?

I've always been a huge lover of the Porsche 956, so its easy to choose that car from 1982; one of the most successful race cars both from the factory teems, and the privateers.

Rothmans livery with the high-downforce configuration

Lamborghini LM002, as nonsensical and mad as I am. Also surprisingly practical yet appallingly wasteful.

Porsche 959 and its twin, the 961.

And the BMW E30 M3.

Finally, the mad mad TVR 420 SEAC. 320+ hp in a 1,130kg TVR 20 years ago.

All those cuts and vents. You can see where the Sagaris comes from.

Many pilots of the time were the opinion that a fighter pilot in a closed cockpit was an impossible thing, because you should smell the enemy. You could smell them because of the oil they were burning.
