Here's a brief rundown on the history of Arash Farboud.
He's some rich guy who wanted his own supercar company. As the story goes, he wanted a Porsche 911 GT1 Straßenversion, but Porsche wouldn't sell one to him, so he built a replica, but it didn't go anywhere.
Then he decided to actually form a sports car company. The Farboud GTS was actually finished after going through many different drivetrains, but by then Farboud was bored and sold the company. Farboud company became Farbio, and you can buy a Farbio GTS if you want to. But we know that no one will ever buy that car because of its name.
He decided to start new and formed Arash. And after many dry years, they have something to show... Which ended up like a crappy replica of the Enzo, just like his first car was a crappy replica of the Porsch 911 GT1. The first press shots, unsurprisingly, are crappy photoshops of the Enzo. Laughable.
Many companies started small. Pagani, Koenigsegg, Saleen, etc... But they all had original ideas. Creating blatant copies of existing supercars will get you nowhere. He should've stuck with the GTS... It was a decent car...
