Attention non-American English speakers
Okay so since this board is Worldwide I thought I would utilize it. I have an interesting predicament. I'm American and me and my friend are trying to figure out what this email means. The background is my friend bought 6 injectors for his Maserati Biturbo Si (ironically Euro-spec) from a guy in England. Here is the email he sent us and we can't figure out what the hell he is trying to say. So those of us that don't speak the bastardized, slang ridden American English decipher please!
"Hi Matt,
Taking to the post in 2 hours, do you want invoice lower. Tax!!!!!!
David"
I assume "post" means post office for sending it off to be mailed.

have you tried e-mailing him back
or you could get him to send an e-mail in his native language post it here and someone here could decipher it

Well I think, he's trying to say that he's going to the post office in two hours and
if you want it to be send fast, that will cost more.
I think

It's really quite simple. If you import stuff there will be a duty. If he posts a lower value. The importer will be charged less in duties. eBay expert in da house!

yeah, that should work ((international) eBay user here also). although customs have the right to verify (and then change) the declared value.
