Right, i was wondering if anyone on here played the guitar. If so what sort of electric effect pedels would you recommend

I wish I knew. I always wanted to learn how to play a guitar. My dad was making a shit load of money when he was a student by making distortion boxes for guitars(he's an electronic engineer). Check out some guitar forums, you'll get an answer.

Yeah mate, i play an epiphone les paul. Wat kinda effects pedal r u looking 4?? Wat type of music do u play??
If ur looking 4 a bluesy crunchy distortion, the marshall blues breaker is real nice, but i quite like Boss pedals.
All i can reccomend is that u go 2 a good shop wiv ur guitar, and ask if u can try sum out. I wudnt go 4 the great big digital ones, cus they dont sound 2 gud, me mate got one, they have loads of different sounds but they arnt 2 realistic, he's gone back 2 single effects box's.

i got an ibanez RG570 with a marshall valestate AVT100 (digital effects)
the effects on my amp are good, but i want something with varaity.[ I live in a small country town so the good pedals dont come in that often.
