Default Sad

Anyone else find it sad, that the media is not covering one of the biggest battles of the entire iraqi conflict? Is the government not letting the embedded reporters report or is the fact that kobe bryant may, or may not have raped some girl more important than history? Anyone remember when we were making the push to bahgdad? there was 24 hour coverage, only breaks for domestic news thats it. This is sad, and its not partisan either, niether Fox News, CNN, MSNBC are covering this. only channel i found was World News.

Yep, that's sad, here in Belgium its fairly covered, but they only spend a

few minutes to it, I do see a great difference though when I watch CNN,

they don't show the complete images.

What I sometimes do is look at the info CNN gives and what al-jazeera says.

I try to compare them and take an average, for excample, when CNN says 500

dead, jazeera says 1000, I can be shure its 750.

At first I was going to say that it had to do with the liberal
media, but since I read that Fox(a rather conservative news
network) isn't covering it either I'm not so sure anymore.
I mostly listen to talk radio and it's being covered pretty
well there. Not to mention the fact that the truth always
seems to come out on talk radio. I guess that's because
they can't hide behind all this rederic because they will be
confronted by a caller from the other side if they do.

Not at all, it's just half of the truth, the liberal half that is.

the truth about Iraq sank in the oil...
I would love to debate that but seing how there has
already been several topics about it and it's always
the same thing, a couple of intelegent people trying
to get a point across to a bunch of ignorrent stubborn
mules, I think I am going to resist. The mules will
never see the truth because they just plain don't want
to see the truth and that's why there's no point in
debating with them.
