I'm still at 45% in GT4 (with zero intention of improving on that.. I have every car I want, and every track variation I want)

My guess is that Prologue really is a Beta, and you found the evidence of an unfinished product...
speaking of GT4
played it for the first time the other day in a long time, and noticed the gas pedal seems to be working at only 90-95% throttle.... curious.
